The Minimum order quantity is 11000pcs for one version in the quality as the photo.
1. Content: brand name, different sizes, care instruction symbols
2. The label can be made in less than 11 sizes, at least 1000pcs per size
Please follow the steps:
- 1-After you placed an order for the special designed Customized Brand Labels, please send us your brand name design through E-mail (to [email protected])
- 2-The design picture format should be .CDR, or .AI, or .PDF
- 3-Special Customized brand labels production time: 10-15days upon approval of the brand label sample by photo.
- 4-After the bulk of Customized Brand Labels are available, your clothing order would need 2-7 extra days for processing and label stitching.

a. The customer has to contact us to get a return authorization return address or exchange authorization within 30 days upon receipt if you want to return/exchange your purchase.
b. Items received unused without the smell of perfume, unwashed, not in damaged or worn condition only when the items which are defective or damaged upon receipt;
c. Items received in original packaging.
Note: 1. For Swimwear, Sleepwear, Underwear & Bodysuit, if there is no quality problem, we do not offer return & exchange service. 2. The shipping fee is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error. 3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned parcels sent freight collect or COD Collect of Delivery.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your items for a full refund within 30 days upon receipt. However, you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own.

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
Customers have to cover the shipping fees to return the items. This cost is not refundable. Customers should provide us the returning parcel tracking information. We will proceed with compensations once we receive the items.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
